Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development:

Lead and mentor the floor team to create a positive, high-performance environment. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure product knowledge and service excellence.

Sales and Customer Experience:

Drive sales by guiding the team and implementing strategies for floor performance. Build strong customer relationships and deliver an engaging, personalized in-store experience.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee daily floor operations, manage inventory, and schedule shifts to align with traffic. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze and report on key metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, employee performance) and implement improvement strategies.

Requirements and Preferences

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.

Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing teams to meet sales and performance goals.
