Supervisor
You'll be responsible for overseeing a designated section within one of our themed zones on the store floor. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless execution of customer experiences, driving sales, and optimizing the performance of the products and team members in your section.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Support:
Oversee team performance in your section, providing guidance and acting as the primary contact for section operations and inquiries.
Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales and enhance customer engagement by ensuring effective product presentation and creating a memorable, customer-focused experience.
Product and Section Management:
Manage product placement and stock levels, monitor section performance, and suggest improvements to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to operational standards, manage shift productivity, and address any challenges, escalating to the Floor Manager as needed.
Requirements and Preferences
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment.
Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on customer service and experience.
Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support team members in achieving section goals.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both customers and team members.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage inventory, ensure product presentation, and maintain operational standards.
