You'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring the protection of store assets, monitoring store activity, and preventing any theft or damage to store property. Key Responsibilities

Security and Safety:

Patrol the store to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities, ensuring compliance with security protocols and emergency procedures. Regularly check safety and security systems.

Customer and Staff Support:

Maintain a visible security presence, assist customers, and handle security incidents discreetly. Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies, coordinating with authorities as needed.

Operational Support:

Manage entry points, support loss prevention and asset protection strategies, and report discrepancies or suspicious activities. Collaborate with management on security improvements and feedback.

Requirements and Preferences

Experience: Prior experience in security or loss prevention within a retail or customer service environment.

Security-Oriented: Ability to anticipate risks and act decisively to mitigate them.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact calmly and effectively with customers and staff.

Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
