You'll be responsible for managing all technological aspects of our in-store experience, ensuring both front-end and back-end systems operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Tech Management & Problem Solving:
Oversee all in-store technology, troubleshooting issues to minimize disruption and ensuring systems are updated and aligned with operational needs.
Team Training & Education:
Train and mentor team members on tech-related aspects, ensuring confidence in operating systems from interactive displays to customer setups. Conduct regular training sessions with patience and adaptability.
Digitization & Process Optimization:
Lead initiatives to digitize operations for increased efficiency, analyzing workflows and recommending technological improvements for seamless productivity.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with operations staff to optimize tech systems for customer experience and efficiency, collaborating with brand partners to enhance product displays and demos.
Agility & Innovation:
Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying agile with technological changes and proactively exploring new technologies to enhance store experiences.
Requirements and Preferences
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a technology-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
Tech Passion: A deep passion for technology and innovation, always seeking out the latest advancements and trends in your free time.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth store operations.
