RS Barcelona x tm:rw: Foosball Tournament Comes to Times Square

Times Square doesn't usually stop for foosball. Last Wednesday, it did.

As part of The Pitch, our World Cup activation at tm:rw, we teamed up with RS Barcelona to bring a full foosball tournament to the Corner Shop. Eight teams signed up first come, first served, and by noon the shop was packed, corner to corner, for a bracket that got loud fast.

RS Barcelona sent three World Cup-themed foosball tables to anchor the whole thing, with Miguel from the RS Barcelona team on hand to run it alongside us. "Shaq Fus" took the top spot, walking away with a custom RS Barcelona "Wall Champions" coat hook and a tm:rw goodie bag. Second and third place didn't leave empty handed either, with a tm:rw goodie bag filled with tech from our favorite brands.

Matches were tight. The room was tighter. And for one afternoon, foosball was the main event in Times Square.
